Thank you for visiting my Etsy shop. Each one of my creations has been designed and handcrafted by me in my studio. I sell them under the name "Carolina Moon Designs". I love to combine different fabrics and textures. I often mix wool with silk. Many of the fabrics I use are vintage..
My paintings take many hours to complete. Their value has remained consistent over the years. I know you will be happy with the quality of all of my work. I usually work on canvas using a combination of acrylics and texture.I also make my own frames. I use plain poplar that I embellish with texture. The design on the frame is created using stencils I design myself.
I accept PayPal only. Please pay for your item promptly. If you need more time to pay for an item in full I would be happy to work with you. At the time of purchase choose OTHER as your type of payment. I will send you an invoice through PayPal for the payments. Once I receive payment in full your item will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.

BRIDAL ACCESSORIES AND HANDBAGS - will be shipped within the USA using Priority Mail with tracking, and will be insured. Priority means 2-3 business days. If you need expedited shipping please contact me. There will be an added charge for this service.
**ADDRESS: I will ship to the address listed with PayPal. Please let me know if you want the item shipped to a different address. If item is a gift I will be happy to gift wrap it for you.
I Have tried to be fair when it comes to calculating shipping fees for international orders. I realize the fees can be high. If I find that I can ship your order for a lower fee I will gladly refund the amount you might have over paid. Your package will be shipped by USPS first class mail. If you need expedited shipping there will be an extra charge. Please contact me and I will let you know what the fee will be based on your location and the shipping method you choose. I try to insure all of my packages. If you live in a country that will not let me purchase insurance I cannot be responsible for it's delivery.
Some countries may impose duty or taxes on your purchase. These charges are determined once the package reaches your country. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these charges.
PAINTINGS: are shipped using UPS. International buyers are welcome. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, customs charges that may be incurred. UPS provides a tracking number. You will be able to go on line and keep track of just where your painting is. Because the art is insured, someone will have to be there to accept it, and sign for it when it arrives. Being able to track it on line will help you coordinate the actual delivery with UPS. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Shipping costs within the United States are $150.00 for the first painting, and $50.00 for two paintings shipped together...provided they fit in the same box. If you have any questions about shipping please contact me and I will help you with any concerns you may have. Please contact me for shipping costs for all international orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS - Please choose your item carefully. It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. Please contact me if there is a problem with your purchase so we can work together to resolve the issue. I will do my best to make you happy. I will only accept returns or exchange an item under certain circumstances within 7 days of the receipt of your item. The returned item must be postmarked within that 7 day period. Any purchase that has been held for 30 days or longer will not be considered for a refund or exchange.
I do not refund original shipping fees. You are responsible for return shipping.Your return must include insurance and tracking. Insurance and tracking will protect you in case the package is lost in the mail. An item that has been used or shows signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
**CUSTOM ORDERS are not refundable. If there is a problem with your order please let me know and I will do my best to work with you to resolve the problem.
