The workmanship is awesome. The bracelet is one of the most meaningful items I wear constantly. Carrie is kind and patient and understanding. I recommend highly!

This shop is amazing! My first package got lost by USPS, and the owner responded quickly and sent out a new one at no extra cost. The item even arrived in time for Valentine's Day. Plus, it looks great!! Thank you again!

I needed to be more than just a mom, wife, homemaker. I left the business world 18 years ago to raise my children but was at a point where they didn't need me 'full time' anymore. My job was downsized. To fill the time I would browse ETSY. That's when it occurred to me that I could put by artistic skills to use. That's when Carrie's Custom Designs was born. It became my new baby. I now think of if as a toddler. It still takes a great deal of time but I know my business well enough that I fell comfortable writing "small business owner" on anything that requires my occupation. A big change from the 'homemaker' status I claimed 2 1/2 years ago!

After I have shipped your item, it is out of my control. You may want to consider insurance. Again, please let me know if you desire this as there will be a fee (whatever the post office charges).
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have any issues with your order, PLEASE convo me! If there is a a problem with a chain or clasp etc I will be happy to fix it for you. You will have to pay to ship it back to me but I will fix it and ship it back to you. Again, please convo me. I'm sure we can work things out so that you are happy with your order.

I try my best to make everyone happy. If you need something REALLY FAST, I will try to accommodate you. It's not always possible, however when I can go the extra distance for a client, I will!
I do not stamp song lyrics. They belong to the musicians and writers, not you and I!
I value feedback. Please convo me before leaving anything less that great feedback. It's what I would do as a customer. I will always give any shop owner the opportunity to correct a problem before I would consider leaving a negative feedback. I would appreciate the same chance.
