A glass half full kind of place!

‘be the reason someone smiles today’

I’ve always found quotes to be quite a powerful thing. You can be having a bad day and then read a positive quote that makes you smile, or makes you think about things a little differently. So that’s my aim. That the owner will wear their piece of jewellery and remember the positive quote written with it, especially if they need a little boost in their day!

For those of you that find that too cheesy, I hope you’ll enjoy the jewellery for your own reasons.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Please contact me immediately regarding returns and refunds. Returns within 7 days of delivery in its original condition will be fully refunded minus shipping costs. Return postage is at buyers expense.

Custom items and earrings are non refundable in most cases, please contact me if you are dissatisfied.
Payments are accepted through PayPal only at this point. Please pay within 2 days of the sale, items will only be dispatched once payment is received.

For international orders, all taxes and duties are buyers expense.
I aim to dispatch within 5 working days of receiving payment. All items are made to order however, and custom items may take longer. I will notify you of any delays and message you when I have dispatched your order.

I will send all orders via Royal Mail second class, which aims to reach you within 2-5 working days.

All items are handmade with the highest care, however due to the nature of charms and beads, slight imperfections may occur.

Please remember that colour may differ slightly depending on your computer.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Frequently asked questions
Care instructions

Look after your piece of jewellery. Keep it somewhere safe when not wearing it. I do not recommend getting your items wet, take off before going in the shower/bath or swimming.
Chain may break if caught on something, or if findings become loose - please do not hesitate to contact me if this happens. They are tightened by hand - I try my best to ensure they are strong, but occasionally they may weaken.

Sizing details

I use fairly standard sizes when making my jewellery and may add an extender to give some extra flexibility. However, if you would like it any shorter please do not hesitate to contact me.

Buying for children

My pieces are jewellery and not toys. They contain small pieces, and chains which could be a choking hazard. They are not suitable for children under 36 months.
