    Handcrafting style for cats and dogs

    PETS by Carvas is a wife and husband team. Carolina is a fervent fashionista and Edgar is academically trained Fine Artist, BFA. We both joined forces to bring a line of unique accessories for cats and dogs.

    Our collection is full of pieces that speak to us in one way or another. We strive to keep bits of meaning in our products to keep on fueling our passion and dedication. Our popular red bow ties is Carolina's favorite fashion color accent; our houndstooth collars speaks directly to Edgar's fond memories of his grandfather; and we both are equally drawn to the cultural context behind woven textiles, texture and patterns.

    We love our Etsy community and we strive to find opportunities to source our materials from other fellow Etsy Vendors. It's the best way to support the handcrafting movement and connect with other people that share the passion and goals that we do. We are lucky of being part of a gamma of talented artisans.

    We want you to be satisfied with our handmade pieces. If you are not happy with the product, we can exchange your item with another one of equal value if the item purchased is returned in the same unworn condition. Shipping cost cannot be refunded.

    Please take into consideration that we cannot refund money if the item is damaged or destroyed by your pet.

    Exchanges:
    Please expect up to 1 week for your exchange to be processed. To return merchandise, please contact us for the mailing address you can ship your item to, then ship your return via USPS First Class in a well-padded envelope.

    Returns:
    If you would like to return an item you purchased from our store, contact us for the mailing address you can ship it to, then ship your return via USPS First Class in a well-padded envelope. Please note that shipping cost cannot be refunded.

    Payment is due at the time of order. We only accept Paypal and credit card payments through Paypal.

    INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
    International Buyers will be responsible for paying duties if it applies to their respective country.

    Once your payment has cleared, we will produce your order and ship to you. We will notify you once your order ships out.

    Please make sure your address is typed correctly when placing your order. We cannot make ourselves responsible for refunds or replacements if the address provided during purchase turns out to be incorrect.

    US SHIPMENTS:
    USPS First class is used for orders shipped to the US. Please take note that shipment time varies per destination.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
    Please read carefully before placing an order.

    We ship to international destinations. Our international orders typically arrive at their destination within 7 to 14 days (Canada, UK, Spain, France, Australia, Mexico) after the order is processed and shipped. However, we must notify you that it could also take several weeks.

    Half of our orders are international, and 99.9% of our orders make it successfully to its international destinations. We cannot guarantee international shipment delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot make ourselves responsible if it leaves the country and doesn't reach your International destination :S.

    These are some of our latest international shipment destinations: Canada, Australia, UK, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Mexico, Singapore, Japan, Israel, New Zealand.

    Regular International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class also but with no confirmation number or insurance. We take special care when packaging international orders, so your items remain safe during their shipment.
