CascadianArt's Shop Policies
I accept payment via PayPal and credit card. To pay with a credit card, just click the Checkout with PayPal button and you'll then be able to enter your credit card info. VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
I ask for all payments to be made at the time of purchase.
Special orders over $50 need to have a 50% non refundable payment made up front and the remaining 50% at the time of shipment.
All items are packed carefully and shipment will be within 3 business days of your order being placed. During the holiday season I aim to get all orders out within 24 hours when possible.
If you would like any insurance please contact me before paying so we can work out the correct shipping price.
US orders - most items typically arrive 2 to 7 business days after the shipping date.
Canadian orders - most items typically arrive 5 to 10 business days after the shipping date.
For the rest of the world, it is the customs department in your country that chooses the hold time. Normally they will arrive within 7 to 14 business days.
**Please note that these are only guidelines. Packages can sometimes take a bit longer to arrive under the following conditions: increased volume of mail around the holidays, delays at customs, and inclement weather. It can also take longer for packages to arrive in certain countries such as Australia and countries in Africa, Asia and South America. **
LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS
I follow United States Post guidelines and will consider a package lost if it hasn't arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date. During the holidays, packages can take longer and I ask that you wait 7 weeks. I ship replacements only after the full six weeks. If your order arrived damaged, please contact me via convo or email.
The buyer is responsible for their payment should they occur. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 7 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.
