About

A Case of Two Sisters

We Love To Create was set up by two sisters, Amy & Rain, in November 2012.

With a love of art and fashion they combined their skills to create a range of designs which would allow each customer to customise and personalise the design. This allowed each item to become unique and special to its owner.

We Love To Create is run from a little office in a house that they share. They surround themselves with inspiration all over their house and love to follow new and upcoming fashion trends.

ABOUT OUR CASES

Artwork is transferred onto our phone and gadget cases using a thermal printing technique onto coated metal inserts which are then applied to a hard plastic case, in a colour of your choosing (from our options).

This process leaves our designs with a gloss finnish which is durable and does not fade. Most of our inserts have a metallic finnish which may result in the design being pearlescent or sparkly.

Our cases are made from a hard plastic which snap fit onto the back of the device covering the back and sides only. There are cut outs allow access to buttons and connectors. Our designs do not wrap around the cases.

Please note that our cases are fashion cases and although they do provide some level of protection against scratches and general wear we cannot guarantee they will protect your device against impact.

PAYMENT
Payments are required within 48 hours of purchase, after this time the order shall be canceled.

CANCELLATION
Once your order has been placed it will immediately begin to be processed, therefore there is no way to cancel it at this stage.

For customers within the European Union you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days following receipt of your goods under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to our personalised goods which by means of their nature cannot be returned. You must inform us of your wish to cancel via message or email within 7 working days following the date of receipt and must take reasonable care of the products and not use them.
Shipping
When placing your order it is important to tell us any additional information regarding the item in the 'Notes' box during checkout. We are not responsible for any errors occurred where by information has been sent via message.

We dispatch all items to the address provided on Etsy. Please ensure that this is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address the order shall be refunded according to our refund policies - excluding personalised items of which customers will be invoiced for the additional postage costs to resend the package.

DISPATCH
All our items are dispatched within 3-5 working days after cleared payment unless specified within the listings.

We use new materials to pack all items. Items are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and placed in clear cellophane bags. They are then dispatched in a padded mailing envelope.

Items are made and dispatched from the UK via our postal service Royal mail.

DELIVERY TIMES

UK CUSTOMERS
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class.

Please expect delivery from 3 working days after your item has been marked as dispatched.

Before we can consider a delivery as lost, we ask that you allow up to 7 working days from the date of dispatch before contacting us.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (OUTSIDE THE UK)
Orders will be sent via Standard service Airmail with Royal Mail. This will then be passed over to your countries own mailing system. We find this offers the best value however this does not offer tracking.

Please expect delivery from 5 - 15 working days after your item has been marked as dispatched.

Before we can consider a delivery as lost, we ask that you allow up to 20 working days from the date of dispatch before contacting us.

PLEASE NOTE: Weekends and public holidays are not considered as working days.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that you enjoy your case however if you are unhappy we can exchange or give shop credit for most of our items if we are notified by message or email within 7 days of receipt.

Please do not return any item until we confirmed.

Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed.

Item(s) must be returned in new condition with all accessories. Please include the order number and customer name. Goods returned without this information may not be processed.

Please carefully wrap item(s) and use a secure shipping method

We strongly recommend that you return your parcel by recorded delivery as this will allow you to track the whereabouts of your parcel online. Or obtaining a certificate of postage with our address shown. Once we have received your parcel and processed your item(s) we will send you an email to confirm that it has been returned and the monies credited to the paypal address used to make purchase.

We do not cover the return delivery costs (p&p is only refunded in the unlikely circumstance that your items were faulty or incorrect on delivery). The returns delivery cost are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are returning a damaged or defective item, you must contact us so first so we can arrange the return of the item at no additional cost to yourself. You will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable shipping costs.

For customers outside of the European union the inital delivery charges are non refundable.

Due to the nature of items that have been customised and personalised they are exempt from our exchange policy unless damaged or defective. Please ensure that you check all spelling when sending over custom text as If there is an error with this text then we cannot exchange or refund.

Please allow 10 working days from our receipt of your returns for us to process a refund.

We will not replace cases for normal wear and tear, falls, and/or drops that result in breakage. Our cases are not unbreakable.

Our working week is Monday - Friday.

We try our best to respond to all questions and messages within 1 working day, however during busy periods this may be longer.

SALE ITEMS
In regards to any sale item, the listing price that appears in the shop has already been marked down.

SHOP IMAGES
Some of our images may be computer rendered and we have tried to ensure that they match up as close as possible to the real product.

Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen and from product to product.

CUSTOM ORDERS
If you are looking for a particular design or style, please message us and we may be able to accommodate.

All items come from a smoke free, but pet friendly household.

Case of Identity shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on this product. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the product.
