Welcome to CasePhile, where you can find unique, offbeat and personalized cases, covers, cozies and more.

If you have any trouble during any part of your shopping process, please let me know and I will do what I can to help. Customer service is my #1 priority.


My preferred payment type is Etsy's integrated checkout. But now you can also pay with a credit card through PayPal without signing up for an account! If you are interested in paying by bitcoin or litecoin, please check "other" during checkout and I'll send you a wallet address.


Domestic (US)
All orders will be shipped by USPS First Class mail unless Priority Mail is requested.

International orders will be sent by USPS First Class mail with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 weeks unless Priority International upgrade is requested. The buyer will be responsible for any customs fees that the shipment incurs. CUSTOMS FEES are determined by your home country and I have no control over them. If the fees are too high you can always refuse the shipment and return-to-sender and I will issue a refund to you. I will not mark "GIFT" on the customs form. Mail fraud is a felony.

If you require any special shipping or packaging options, or would like to request a shipping upgrade, please mention this at checkout so I can send an invoice through PayPal for any changes. Usually I offer gift wrapping free around Christmas time and can add it on for any of your special occasions.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you experience any problems with your item, you may return it for a refund, repair or replacement. (Personalized items or custom orders might not be able to be returned, but any defects in workmanship will be repaired.) Your account will be credited upon receipt if the item is in its original condition. Partial refunds may be considered on an individual basis if the item is not in original condition (e.g. has been used heavily).

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to read the entire item description and policies and ask any necessary questions before ordering. I do accept returns based on personal dislike of an item, or changing your mind, but you will be responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

All international shipments are automatically insured. Domestic shipments will be dealt with on an individual basis. In cases where items are damaged during shipment, please send a photograph! Each case will be considered on an individual basis. I understand that you want your item right away but this process may take some time. Investigations and claims may need to be processed.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are available! I can make an existing design in a new color, or bring your original ideas to life. Turnaround time for a custom order is usually 3-7 days (February through October, may be longer during the holidays) after a design is agreed upon.

Please do not ask me to make an item using a copyrighted image or trademark. This is not legal and puts both of us in an awkward position.
