Hi everyone,
My name is Lorraine and I am the owner of CasesByLorraine.
I love design. Our products are designed and hand made by me and my partner in our studio. We focuses on making unique and custom product for you. I think that a phone case is not a product which protecting your phone only, it can be a part of fashion, also showing off your style and your character. We enjoy making them!
Each product is handmade by us in our studio in New York. All US orders will be shipped directly from USA, while some orders maybe shipped from Hong Kong, as we have a small warehouse in Hong Kong to store some of my stocks, we can dispatch the products to Asia and Australia in a faster way.
I hope you enjoy what you see, and like them as much as we do. I will be adding more products in the future, please contact us if you have any ideas, I would love to hear from you.

Returns and exchanges
If you want to return the item, please contact us within 7 days after you have received your order, and we will gladly refund or exchange it for you.
Please note that buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Exchanges and refunds are not offered for any personalized/custom designs & customer checkout errors (for example: incorrect phone model or case material, misspelled name), unless the mistake was made by us.
Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
We offer free proofs before starting to print the case. We are also unable to cancel orders once the production process has been started.
Any case in the world will break if improperly handled or taken off. If you have difficulty with taking off (or putting on) any of our cases off please contact us before "forcing" it out or in. Refunds or exchanges will not be given over broken cases that have been dropped, thrown, or otherwise broken due to mishandling or forcing you phone out.

Shipping
Shipping delay may occur from USPS and Customs. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers and Customs.
DOMESTIC: Please allow 3-6 business days via USPS
*tracking number will be sent to you by email
INTERNATIONAL: It usually takes 2-3 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a delivery time for international parcels.
*no tracking info will be provided for international packages
We can ship via FAST shipping if you need the order urgently.
