This pedal is a true treasure. It is my new number 1 overdrive and distortion. The klon side is my fav, it sounds so so good. Both pedals are just crazy touch sensitive. I set the gain about 1/3rd to 1/2 on blue side through a clean victory dutchess amp. It is so good that if i’m strumming a chord, i can add a lil pressure or dig into the last couple strings of the chord and make them ring out louder and more distorted than first part of the chord....it just makes for amazing sounds. When I think of the perfect guitar sound, its what comes out of this pedal. Played through paf’s, then through filtertrons The rat side.....what can I say about the rat? A staple in the guitar and music industry since the late 70’s. If you wanna have real fun, turn both sides on, switch changes which side boosts other.
