Welcome to The Creative Garden! I appreciate you taking the time to read through my policies. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me through Etsy.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Payments can be made through Paypal, a secure online payment system which is very easy to use. You may already have an account. If not, you don't need to sign up to use their service, and can pay directly through their site by credit card.

Payment is expected immediately after order is placed.
Please contact me if there is a delay or problems with Paypal.
If payment is not received, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
Shipping
ADDRESS
Your order will be shipped to the address entered on your ETSY order, not your Paypal address. Please feel free to contact me if you have any special shipping requests.

SHIPPING
I ship Monday thru Saturday, 1-5 days after payment clears.
For custom orders, you should allow five days before the item will be shipped.

I am not responsible for packages that go missing or are damaged in transit. However, I will investigate missing packages and make every attempt to locate it. In most cases, a replacement item or refund will be sent. A package is not considered lost for 45 business days for International orders. If an item with delivery confirmation is reported missing, but is confirmed received via the tracking number, no refund or replacement will be issued.
Refunds and Exchanges
I definitely want you to love your handmade item, so if the item shows up on your doorstep and you are not satisfied with it's shipped condition, then please contact me.
