Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Orders are shipped properly packaged and protected so that they reach your hands in perfect condition.
If the order is defective or any of the objects you bought are missing, write us an email and we will provide you with an address where you will have to send us the package in the original packaging and we will replace it for another complete. Return shipping costs will not be refundable.
In the case of digital files, returns are not accepted due to the nature of the product but if there is an error you can contact us and we will try to solve it quickly.

Physical products, being handmade products, may need 2 to 4 days of preparation. If your order is personalized or on request you can have an extra 1 or 2 more days. Orders begin to be prepared once payment is received.
