What if I ordered the wrong size?

Cases where you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

What if my item is incorrect?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. The unwanted items can be returned, and a refund will be issued except in certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as signs of wear or damage caused outside of the manufacturing process, and any item that are returned more than 14 days after delivery.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please notify us as soon as possible so that we can update the address before shipment. Otherwise, If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273..

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are available at your expense. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
