1 out of 5 starsUnfortunately I recommend avoiding purchasing from this company. They have clearly shown, multiple times, that once the customer makes a purchase from them, if there is any issue afterwards, they will dismiss your valid concerns in every possible way, and do not care about customer service at all. It’s unfortunate that this is the case. I’ve never had a bad transaction with a company, nor have I ever left a negative review. Guess there’s a first for everything. Lesson learned. Time to move on :)

5 out of 5 starsGreat beanie, a good weight for wearing outdoors for short periods of time in winter (commuting, taking a walk, etc.) and then keeping on indoors if I don’t want to deal with hat hair! I love the color (purplish grey) and shape, and the flower.

5 out of 5 starsThis hat is very nice. It’s light and seems like it will be good in all seasons. It’s made of very nice fabric and is very cute. It also has a nice comfortable fit, which really matters when you wear a hat all day long, Delivery took a minute. But I contacted the vendor and it turned out that there was a problem with the delivery that neither he nor I knew about. He rectified the situation and he resent the hat, I got it super fast that time, so customer service was excellent. I am very happy with my purchase and plan to buy more of these lovely caps.
