I take pride in my work, am always open to suggestions and love doing custom work so please don't hesitate to convo me with an idea--it just may end up being a permanent item in my shop! I guarantee all of my work and will do any repairs necessary if needed. If you are interested in custom work, please let me know prior to purchasing your item(s) since there may be an additional cost associated with your customization.

Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know within 7 days of receiving your purchase so we can resolve the issue. If the item is able to be returned, I will refund the purchase price minus the shipping price.

Items that have been customized can not be returned or exchanged.

If you have purchased a custom listing but then would like to cancel, please let me know within 3 days of purchasing your listing and I will refund the purchase price. If you do not let me know within 3 days, I cannot refund the purchase price for custom listings.

If you wish to purchase insurance for your package, please let me know prior to checkout.
Payment
If you are requesting a custom made order, please purchase your reserved listing within 3 days otherwise your listing may be deleted. Custom work is not started until payment is received and usually takes between 5-6 weeks from date of purchase to be completed and mailed to you. I will let you know at the time of posting the listing the time frame the order will be completed in. Please let me know if you need expedited shipping, I am more than happy to accommodate your request :)

Shipping
All ready made items will ship within 1-2 days after order is placed. Please allow 4-6 weeks for all made to order and custom orders. All items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. Please convo me if you require expedited shipping or require shipping via UPS or FedEx. Thanks!

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I (Alison Schul, or “Cat and WolF Designs”) collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
