Please buy with confidence. I have been an on-line seller with different venues since 1998, which has included eBay. I have had my shop open on Etsy since August of 2009 although I was a member for much longer. My feedback has always been impeccable. I haven’t sold on eBay for quite some time but you can check out all my feedback. My ID on eBay is LUCKENBOOTH and I have 100% positive feedback.

Payment
Paypal payments are due within 3 days of placing the order. Check, Money orders, or Cashiers Checks are due within one week of placing the order.

There is a 10 business day hold on personal checks before shipping. If you make payment with Money Order or Cashiers Check your purchase ships within four days of receipt of payment. We only accept payment in US dollars.
Shipping
I do not charge a handling fee. I only charge actual shipping charges. I ship USPS "Priority/Insured/Confirmed" for everybody's protection. If the item is less than $50.00 I will consider shipping first class or parcel post with or without insurance. Please email me before placing order. Shipping rates vary depending on your purchase. Delivery confirmation is included with priority shipping.

If you are an international buyer I will ship First Class International,or Priority International with all the customs regulations, unless you request Global Priority (which will cost significantly more). I do not charge a handling fee. A note to International Buyers: We comply with all customs regulations and the sale price is noted as the value of goods. Thank you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept refunds within 3 days notice of your receipt of the item. So please let me know as soon as possible if you do not want to keep your purchase. I will only accept the item returned to me in the condition you received it in.

I will not accept returns or give refunds on layaway items for obvious reasons.

If an item has been damaged upon your receipt, please do not return the item to me. The item will need to be taken to your local post office along with all the packing material and the necessary papers to be filled out for a claim.

We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned unless other arrangements have been made BEFORE PURCHASE. Please ask all questions necessary before your purchase to avoid any problems.
Additional policies and FAQs
Unfortunately, my shop is not set up for international purchases but they are more than welcome. If you are a foreign buyer please contact me first so I can add your country to the shipping list. I will also give you shipping costs at that time. If you do not contact me first you will be automatically blocked from purchasing the item you want and I don't want that to happen to you so please contact me first.

TERMS OF LAYAWAY: Layaway is possible. Please ask for details. Due to such circumstances, no returns/refunds will be accepted on items purchased with a layaway plan. Paypal may not be used for layaways unless other arrangements are made. I require payments (check, money order, or cashiers check ) to be made on time, but I allow a 7 day leeway. If it is going to be longer than 7 days, please let me know. If there is no communication and payments aren't made the order will then be canceled and the first 1/3 payment, which is 1/3 of the cost of the item, is non-refundable. So, please 'talk' to me if something comes up and you aren't able to make a payment in a timely manner. I hate to have to make such rules, but I have had past problems with layaways so I like to get the terms up front now. I am understanding however, just let me know if there is a problem so we can work together on it. I love 'communication'. Thank you!
