Care instructions
All jewelry will come in a velvet bag. I suggest when not wearing to keep the jewelry stored in this bag to prevent any tarnishing. We do use sterling and gold filled metals so if tarnish occurs a gentle cleaner will bring them back to shine.
I do not suggest wearing any of our handmade jewelry in the shower/swimming as many stones can become damaged. Chains can get wet but some stones are not recommended to get wet. You can google if you can get the stone you ordered wet or you can ask.
Custom and personalized orders
I am always accepting custom orders- custom orders can take anywhere from 3 days to 1 week. Message me for pricing and time estimate.
Sizing details
My listings contain various lengths for chain- if you do not see a size you need simply message me and I will take care of that for you.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Jewelry will be placed in a pink velvet or white cotton bag for gift giving. We try to be as Eco-Friendly as possible so we no longer offer gift wrapping.
My item says delivered but I didn't receive it
If your item is showing as delivered and you did not get the package. You must contact your post office, as they are the last people who have seen your order. You can find your tracking information in your order details to provide them with the tracking number. I am NOT responsible for theft of packages, or if the post delivers to the wrong address ---- you must have a secure place for your items to be delivered. You can message me if you want to purchase insurance for your order. Again please work it out with the post office if your package says delivered and you do not have it. Call your post office ask to speak to a supervisor and they can give you coordinates where the package was delivered.
I want to return my item
Please be aware before purchasing if you will need to return you are responsible for return shipping and you will not be refunded for original shipping charges. $3.50 Fee for all returns ----- For non customizable items- you must contact me within 3 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned within 7 business days of contacting me. As of 2018 no returns on earrings or bracelets - Please accurately measure. — The pink Pouch that it comes in must be returned as well or it will be deducted. If the necklace arrives back to me tangled I will deduct the cost of the chain from the refund. You're responsible for purchasing tracking to ensure the package makes it back to me. We absolutely do not accept forced returns.
International orders- Customs Fees
Many international orders will have Customs fees. I am NOT responsible for paying custom fees and am not associated with them. I do not receive the fee. It's a fee your country charges you. Please be aware before placing orders of the charges you could possibly have.
