Welcome to Catfish Jar Rescue! We just love to rescue antique and vintage fruit jars and canning supplies. The old farmhouse is bursting at the seams, so we have decided to rehome some of these useful pieces of American history. Please enjoy your visit, and stop by any time!

Payment

I accept payment through Paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout.

Shipping

I will ship your order via USPS. Depending on the weight of the package, it will be sent via parcel post or priority mail. I will do overnight or express shipping, but the buyer will be responsible for any additional postage. Please allow at least 3-5 business days after purchase for packages to be shipped. Large orders may require more time for packing.

Your shipping cost includes actual postage plus a minimal handling charge. I do recycle shipping materials, and I use a large volume of packing supplies. The packaging is "no frills" but your items will be carefully packaged. Frequently, custom boxes have to be built for items of unusual size or shape.

International buyers will be responsible for any upgraded shipping or customs fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do my very best to describe each of my items accurately. Please feel free to ask questions prior to purchasing an item. I will accept returns within 14 days of receipt, or provide a refund only if I have significantly misrepresented an item. Please contact me prior to leaving negative feedback, to see if we can come to a mutually satisfying solution.

On any return, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Please contact me right away if your item arrives broken or damaged. If possible, I will send a replacement, if not, I will issue a refund for the item. I do require photographic proof of damage so that insurance claims can be filed with the postal service. Please take pictures of the damaged item in the original packaging. I can not provide a refund without proof of damage.
