Every piece is crafted with great care and attention to detail. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, items may be returned (at buyer's cost) for store credit or refund within 15 days of purchase, in its original condition. Shipping is non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.

Refund is made via paypal within 10 days of delivery of the return parcel.

We accept payment through PayPal and Credit/Debit cards

Orders payed via e-check will not be shipped until payment has cleared. This could delay your order.

Items are shipped to the address you provided at the time of your order via Etsy and cannot be changed once the order is placed (if sending as a gift please change the address in Etsy AND Paypal, leaving their address in the notes section is not acceptable).

All items are shipped First Class Mail via USPS . Since we cannot hand deliver every package (although it would be a fun excuse to travel!) once an order ships, we are not responsible for items lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected by the postal service. However if you ever encounter a delivery issue please let us know ASAP so we can help track it down.

If a package is returned back to us for insufficient address the buyer is responsible for reshipping fees and must provide an alternate shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Your country may charge a customs fee, these fees must be paid by you, the buyer. Please note international packages take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive but can take up to 10 weeks. This is out of our control and is the discretion of your customs department.
