Shipped on time and the product came as pictured, but I was hoping for real Amber and these appear to be created. I'll be sure to ask next time before purchasing. Otherwise, great product!

Nature's Gems

I know its a bit of a cliché, but Nature is easily my biggest inspiration - the fact that Gemstones are formed in the ground just boggles my mind - such exquisite natural chemistry that we can polish, cut, facet, or simply just cut roughly into chunks and turn it into something beautiful to wear.

When I sell a piece of jewellery that I have especially enjoyed making, I am full of mixed emotions - there is always a pang of not wanting to let it go, but also an excitement and flattery that someone else has fallen in love with it too.
When someone shares my excitement and love for something that I’ve created, you can’t beat it – that’s why I love what I do.

I was brought up with a keen interest and a deep love of my natural surroundings. When I discovered using Gemstones in jewellery, something just clicked and I was hooked! I love their simple elegance in shape, colour and texture... just beautiful!

RESERVES - I am happy to reserve an item for you - please just convo me so I can edit the listing and hold it for you.
Items will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated.

For any special requests for shipping and/or packaging, please contact me first and I will give you the shipping total.

I package my jewellery safely and beautifully in a box, inside a padded bag, and send via Royal Mail's 'Recorded Signed For' within the UK, and via 'Airsure' for overseas, so they will need a signature. I want to ensure your items are as safe as possible whilst en route to their new home!

To keep costs down on my De-stash items, I send them standard First Class mail, but of course if you want it tracked, then let me know first & I can let you know the total and edit the listing for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will be happy to exchange an item if requested within 3 days of receipt. A store credit will be issued for the original item price only (not the shipping), once the item is returned to me unworn and in its original packaging. Refunds will only be given if an item is faulty or has been mis-described in some way, so if you have any queries about size, colour, etc, please ask before purchasing. Thank you :)
Additional policies and FAQs
Materials - Most of the gemstones I use are natural, earth-mined stones so there will often be small natural inclusions. Photographs are always of the actual item that will be sent, with the exception of the Pearl studs which are photographed when I have made a 'batch' - photos will be updated when necessary (occasionally different batches of pearls vary in colour, particularly peacock pearls).

Please note that different computer monitors vary in colour balance and brightness.
