It is so disappointing to receive glass that is not as described. Please know that I check everything when listing and again when shipping, but if there is a problem and I miss something, then you are entitled to a full refund including return shipping. Just let me know.
If you decide you don't care for the glass or you don't want the size or color then we are glad to refund your purchase price including shipping to you upon return. Please email me.
Please do not return glass that broke in transit. This will be covered by insurance and I will work with you on the claim.

Payment
We accept payment in US dollars via Etsy direct checkout which allows you to pay securely by credit card. W also accept checks, money orders and PayPal. If you send a check or money order then please allow sufficient time for the check to arrive and payment to clear. I will let you know when your payment arrives and give you the date we expect to mail your beautiful purchase.
Shipping
We will ship anywhere in the US via our choice of method, usually priority mail or UPS ground and will purchase insurance for you at our expense. Please allow me to select the method that will ensure your glass reaches you safely, quickly and in one piece.
We normally ship the same or next day after receiving payment.
After 14 years selling glass through other online venues I have had only four items break in transit, but it could happen. If there is any breakage please do not discard the glass or packaging. Please let me know about the problem and I will file an insurance claim. Normally the insurance company needs a photo from you of the problem. Thank you for your help with this.
