I put a lot of energy and care into my pieces, so if you aren't completely happy with your purchase, I will gladly accept exchanges. Because these pieces are clothing items, I cannot replace or exchange items that have been worn or are worn out. However, if something comes undone or you need a button replaced and I have it in stock, convo me and I will do my best to fix it or send you a new neck wrap. I want my customers to love my products as much as I do!
Accepted payment methods

I accept paypal, money order, and cashier's checks for my products. I do not offer refunds on neck wraps, but I will exchange, replace, or repair any item if you are unsatisfied. I do not charge sales tax, but payment must be made before the item is shipped out. (This applies for custom orders as well.) If you need to cancel your order, please do so before submitting your payment, since I cannot provide refunds at this time.

I am happy to make custom neck wraps in your choice of color, pattern, button, length, and width! I LOVE wholesale and consignment offers as well, and will do my best to make my customers happy by providing timely production and service. I guarantee my neck wraps for one year. After one year, I will do whatever I can to repair or replace your neck wrap when possible.
