    Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
    Returns and exchanges
    All custom sales require a 50% deposit prior to beginning a custom creation, the deposit is accounted toward the total purchase price. The initial price is only an estimate of the total cost, final cost may fluctuate. The remaining balance plus shipping is due upon completion. Cancellation of a project must be within 48 hours of commissioning otherwise the deposit is non-refundable. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for shipping. Estimated completion time depends on the project scope and can range from 2 days to 6 weeks.
    All other sales are final.

    Payment must be made upon placing and order.
    All custom order will need a 50% NON-Refundable despite.
    Shipping
    Shipping takes up to 7 business days in the continental US. If you are on a strict timeline you can always e-mail us and we can figure something out. Shipping charges are not included in the price listed. The fee is based shipping speed, location, item weight, and a few other factors.
