Announcement
Hi, I hope you like my store!
I love to make functional baskets and have a passion for cedar basketry in particular. All the cedar bark I use has been responsibly harvested: either from windblown trees or trees that have been cut down for property improvements. If you are looking for a specific basket or earring design and don't see it, contact me, I'd be happy to talk with you about a commission piece.

5 out of 5 starsLove this piece of art & function. While it's designed is rooted in Native American basketry, it's modern colors, patterns, and details couldn't tie my office together any better!
Thanks Carleigh for the love and care you put into this piece. -

My hope is to sell baskets, make consignment pieces, and sell forest treasures that will become part of your day to day life.
Hi!
I made my first basket when I was 13, and fell in love with basketry right away. I spent my teenage years making baskets out of whatever I could find, grasses, yarn, vines, twigs, cattails, and various tree bark. About 10 years ago I studied under an amazing woman and learned how to harvest, prepare and make cedar bark baskets. I've been in love with cedar ever since! My hope is to sell baskets, make custom pieces, and sell forest treasures that will become part of your day to day life.
