Hello, welcome to my shop policies. I mostly create jewelry out of found objects.
If you have a question or anything that is or is not listed feel free to message me and I will get back to you as soon as possibly and as fairly as I can.
If you wish to cancel your purchase please do so or message me as soon as possible, as I like to ship it out as soon as I can. Please, consider carefully if you want to buy something, because I will only refund the money that I received from you and not the price of shipping the item back to me. (I will not let you keep the item free of charge.)
I will refund any shipping charge that was not needed for shipping from 1 USD and up.
I ship when I can I will let you know when I ship via Etsy message or if it's going to be a more then a few days. If you want confirmation via email please leave a message in the "notes to seller" I will be happy to do so. I don't ship in gift boxes. Ask if you would like one. I will make it out of recycled cardboard unless I have a box that it will fit in.
If you are not in the United States and see something you want that I haven't put an "everywhere else." or your country. Just send me a message telling me what you want and if you have any idea on the shipping price-- if not I'll find it.
BUYERS FROM OUTSIDE THE USA: you are responsible for custom/duty/tariff fees that your country may have. I should not mark package as 'gift' since it is illegal. Please check to make sure the item you are buying isn't prohibited by your countries import laws. If I find out it is I will cancel the order and refund your money.
If you would like it shipped other then first class (USPS) please let me know and I will change the pricing of the shipping and ship the way you wanted.
Refunds and Exchanges
If something is damaged in transit I will refund a few dollars should you be able to fix it with super glue or by other means. If you can't fix it yourself we will discuss what should be done about it. If it can't be fixed at all, I'll refund most, if not all of the cost. (I would usually like the parts back.)
I will not cover lost items from USPS. I'm in the middle of nowhere, maybe it's still in the system. I will send you the receipt, if you don't believe I sent it.
However, if I lost the item, I will be willing to give you a discount or free shipping on another item or have a custom item made.
If you are unsatisfied with something for any reason ask if I'll refund or trade it within a week of receiving the item. However, in most cases I will not pay for return shipping.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Found Objects-- I find most of my materials and do not know what they are made of for sure. Please keep that in mind. I, however, do wash the items when they come into my possession.
"Let the Buyer Beware" Notes:
Ask about anything you are unsure about. Unless otherwise noted the photo is of the exact item you will get. Ask questions. If I don't say that it's sterling silver-- it's not, do not assume it is. If it's high quality I will say it. If I don't say it is, don't assume it is. (this is something you should keep in mind when thinking about buying anything.)
If there is glue or similar adhesive do not soak or get sufficiently wet. Even if there is no glue, please, PLEASE don't soak anything made with vintage watch parts.
