What are your business hours?
Monday through Friday - 9:00 a.m to 5 p.m. PST
Do you offer customized listings?
Yes. Most listings will have that option. Please message me prior to purchase if a listing doesn't have this option, or if you have additional questions about placing a custom order.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
There should be no excess waiting for domestic orders. International orders however, may take less or longer than estimated due to your country's customs procedures. If you would like to have tracking or insurance on your order, additional shipping charges will need to be added. Please message me prior to purchase for an estimated cost, as this service can be expensive. .
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Due to their being difficulty in determining the shipping cost, without an exact location, please convo me with your details and what you are looking to purchase, so I can create an invoice for you!
Note the following:
Please make sure your country's customs and border regulations allow for your order to make it safely to you. I am not responsible should they refuse your order. In this case, on the return of your package, a refund will be issued (custom orders are not refundable) but you will not receive the cost of shipping back.
