₪ Please read the policies page before ordering. Your order connotes you have read and agree with my policies.
₪ Custom orders are 1-4 weeks processing time, depending on my current workload. This means within 1-4 weeks your item will be posted and it will then take additional time for delivery and customs.
₪ Please tell me BEFORE ordering if you need a rush order, if its possible there will be an additional charge. If its not possible I am not obliged to rush!

We would like you enjoy our creations with the energy of love from which they were made!
All items are handmade by Celeste using an old fashioned foot pedal sewing machine and traditional hand sewing techniques. Everything is made to be beautiful, strong and long lasting. Their beauty is unique, quirky and handmade inspired by the natural spirits and the forms and movement of nature around us.
Custom orders are made for you based on the listing photos, but this is a creative process and every item is slightly different! and unique. The fabric and details may be slightly different but every item is made with love to a high quality.

If you need something more quickly I may be able to accommodate a rush order for an extra cost, please convo for details.

Shipping
As the Bulgarian Post uses a complicated system of pricing by Zone and the price doubles after 2kg I have included maximum prices for items to each location (up to 2kg, if you order a heavy custom item I may invoice you separately for postage after weighing as agreed at time of purchase)
All items are wrapped in strong plastic to be sure to get to you in perfect condition.
Approximate delivery times are:
Eu mainland 10 days
UK: 2 weeks
Worldwide: 3 weeks or more
Please note this is a guide only, I cannot guarantee exactly how long it may take only when I will send the item out. Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for any delays, lost or damaged items, due to the postal service or customs, but I will do my best to help you to solve any problems.
There are often delays in items entering the USA due to being in a backlog in customs. They often stop being tracked until they are released to the USPS. I cannot take responsibility for items delayed in this manner. All items are sent with the correct paperwork to clear customs.
You will be responsible for any customs charges when the package enters your country.
I ship to your etsy address unless you clearly give me an alternative address at time of checkout. Please check that your address is correct and contains all information needed for the item to reach you. I cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses, and you will need to pay any costs of returned packages and costs for re-posting the item,
Once I ship your purchase a tracking number will be issued and you may follow your package on its journey to you.

MEASUREMENTS
Please give me acurate measurements if required at time of ordering. Once a set of measurements is agreed I make the item for you to this size and is not possible to change yor mind or size after I have begun work. If you are not sure of a size, get a measurement first, use an item of clothing that fits and take measurements from this or get someone to help you with measurements.
If you dont have a tailors measuring tape use a piece of string on your body and measure it against a normal ruler.
I desire that every item fits perfectly and that every person recieves something beautiful that is all that they hoped for!
