Payment
I accept Paypal only. Payment is expected within one day of purchase, unless previous arrangements have been made.

The item will not ship under any circumstances until full payment is received.

Shipping
Most orders will ship within five business days if purchased before 2:00PM PST with confirmed payment received through PayPal. Larger pieces, such as bowls, platters, and vessels will ship USPS Priority Mail in a well packed box. Pens and other small items will be shipped USPS First Class. All items will be shipped with a confirmation number.

Expedited shipping methods are available at the expense of the buyer. Please contact me directly.

We apologize, but we do not ship internationally at this time!
Refunds and Exchanges
Full refunds are not given unless there are defects in my workmanship. Minor wood movement is not considered a defect and will potentially happen as the seasons change. Wood expands and shrinks due to humidity and other natural elements.

Packages lost in transit will be investigated and refunded if deemed the fault of the carrier. Investigations will be performed in a timeframe as prescribed by the carrier.

For all other returns not related to defects, the item is expected to be returned in the same condition it originally shipped within three days of receipt. Damage caused during return shipping and lost packages in return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Items received back in less than perfect condition will be shipped back to the buyer and an invoice will be sent for the shipping charge.

All returns must be pre-authorized for consideration.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am more than happy to accept custom orders for pens. We can discuss your options for the different types - from high end fountain pens to inexpensive slimlines - out of just about any wood or color set you can imagine. We can work to fit within your own budget, and make it on your terms.

For art pieces, I generally only work under my own inspiration, but if there is something special you have in mind, please do not hesitate to ask. If I can't help you, I can point you to other artist that may be able to.
