I also believe in prompt shipping! Items are shipped out as soon as payment is received. If paid with PayPal, then I ship it out that very day so you get your house as soon as possible! (unless of course it is a Sunday or Holiday :) )

I DO NOT accept refunds. Smaller companies don't operate like Wal-Mart. Once I get money, Ire-invest it into my business, and I literally can't afford refunds.
Filing a claim is the only way for you to get your money back should you chose to do so.
Payment is accepted through Pay Pal (you can use a credit card through Pay Pal, you do not need a PayPal account). Payment is expected at time of check out. Purchased item/items will be shipped once I am notified of the payment through Pay Pal. If you have problems with Pay Pal, please contact me for help.
If payment is not received with in 3 days of putting an item in your cart, the transaction will be canceled and the item returned to store stock.
" Why are your shipping prices so high? "
*I ship mostly through USPS Priority Mail. I try to offer the lowest cost for shipping.However, what might cost $15 to ship to Arizona ( I am in Oregon ) may cost up to $30 to the East Coast.So I must set my prices accordingly to cover those costs. I make every effort to save you money on shipping which is one of the main reasons I switched to using the United States Postal Service instead of UPS.If the amount of shipping for your package is more than $5, I will gladly refund the overages back to you. Priority mail is selected because unlike Parcel Post, which travels by ground and truck, Priority is not handled as much and is rolled on and off planes in a caged rolling cart. Therefore, the potential risk of any damage is lessened. It may be more expensive, but it insures a greater safety margin. Plus it gets to you faster!

Please note that the shipping cost is the highest price for shipping via UPS across the continental Untied States. In the event that cost of shipping is less than the paid amount, I will gladly refund the overages, as is the case for any and all my houses.

RESERVES: I will be happy to list any item as "RESERVED FOR.... _______ ".
A Reserved will be held for you for 5 days. After five days, that item will be released and the reserved removed.
See something you really really want, but can't afford it in one chunk? I am happy to accommodate you with a layaway plan!
Lay away plans can be arranged for items that are $100 and up.
The terms for Layaway are as follows:
~50% down - nonrefundable to hold the item.
~The balance must be paid off in 30 days or the entire transaction will be forfeited. No refund on payments.
~Once the item is completely paid for, it will be shipped.
~There is a 5% additional charge for layaways.
An invoice will be sent every two weeks with a due date to your email. If payments are not made in a timely manner on the due date assigned the deposit will be lost and the item will be relisted for sale.
~ No exchanging of pieces once lay away begins.
