Our specialty is custom orders. We make sure you have approved and love the sample - and that the colors match the glaze as best as possible - before we make your full order. Please remember that if you want a very accurate match it's best to see the tile/glaze sample in person as screens may cause variations in color. That said the glaze will have variations as they are applied by hand on the tiles. Allowing plenty of time for the sample process will allow both of us to work under the best of circumstances as glazes and ceramics can be hard to predict until we have finalized the formula to be used. Some times - the clay body can react adversely or the glaze may need to be reformulated once we go to reproduce on a larger scale.

For pool tiles, we use gloss or satin glazes. If you are located in a frost/freeze area and the tiles will be exposed to drastic changes in the weather we recommend porcelain or very dense quarry tiles. By the same token if the tiles will be in the water for long periods of time - think fountains or pools - we must be sure to use the correct tile base.
Our tile base is commercial tile and will with-stand traffic and heavy use - however, we recommend that you consult with your tile setter or contractors about using any finishes according to your application.

Wholesale is available - we regularly work with architects, designers, and contractors - however if you would like to represent our tiles in your store please let us know as we have to be sure that there is no conflict of interest with our other retail representatives

Shipping is a very important part of moving tiles. They must have insurance and be packed specially double-boxed or on a palette. Typically, orders of more than 250-300 pieces of 6x6 tiles must be shipped on a palette, especially if traveling from coast to coast. For this reason, if you have a larger order please contact us first so that we can give you an estimate of the shipping price - or make you a custom order. If you place the order without the appropriate shipping we will bill you later separately. (Etsy does not have the appropriate shipping set up to give you the tools to place the order without our help)
