Payment
We accept Paypal. Florida residents pay a 6.5% tax (excluding shipping.) Your order is shipped when payment CLEARS. Please consider your purchases carefully before purchasing as canceling an order will have all fees deducted from a refund.
Shipping
WHEN DO YOU SHIP?
We ship 1-3 BUSINESS days after the order payment has been processed. We do not offer expedited as parcel post usually arrives within the same time frame, and if you read the disclaimers for Priority mail, it is NOT a guaranteed service! We only ship USPS.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
We know you'll appreciate that buyers do not have their prices raised to cover other customer's decisions. Please read carefully!

Refunds are issues for cancellations minus all fees associated with the order. In addition, if you have not canceled IMMEDIATELY and your order has been packed, a restocking fee is applied for the packing costs. (Not a set percent- we charge the exact cost of your item's packing/box.) Bottom line: Please ensure you want the product before purchasing as YOU incur the fees when changing your mind.

CAN I GET INSURANCE AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION?
It has already been included and is not optional. If you want signature confirmation, additional payment is required.

OVERSIZED / BALLOON RATES / NON MACHINABLE:
It takes quite a few items to get in the oversized / balloon rate situation but if it happens, the customer obviously covers all shipment costs. We do not accept payment as final and ship orders which incur balloon rates, non-machinable or oversized fees. These require additional payment. You will always pay only the shipping costs required to get your items to you. We will contact you immediately if something just won't fit in a standard sized box . Example- 34 x 17 x 17 would NOT incur additional fees, nor would a 24 x 20 x 20. These are BIG boxes and you'd have to order a LOT or big items to fill those.

Ceramic Emporium is experienced with placement of items to ensure maximum capacity in each box but we will NOT cram items into a box to avoid additional postal costs.

If the customer declines paying the oversized rates, they are given the option of canceling the entire order (refunded minus the processing fees) or a portion of the order. No restocking fees are accessed.
Refunds and Exchanges
ARE THERE REFUNDS ON SHIPPING?

NO. Shipping is not just postage. Our rates are set so the customer never pays more than what it cost to get the item shipped. All expenses required to get that item to you are considered shipping expenses. There are no refunds on shipping as there is NO PROFIT. We looked at every weight band, every zone, and even have losses but those living close to Florida do NOT help pay for those in Zone 8 west coast!

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Yes. However, items are clearly photographed and the dimensions provided, so the buyer pays for any expenses associated with the return. Ceramic Emporium reimburses the cost of the merchandise minus any processing fees and restocking/repacking costs. Returns must be in original condition and the customer must notify Ceramic Emporium within 12 days from the date SHIPPED to receive further instructions.

The return must be sent with all the packing material and the original box must be included. Insurance for the full value and delivery confirmation for returns is REQUIRED. If the item breaks or is lost in shipment and you do not have those aspects covered, you will not be reimbursed. Again, note the return shipping and all expenses are at the customer's expense.

Custom orders- ONLY THE LISTINGS NOTING CUSTOM COLORS SELECTIONS CAN BE GLAZED FOR YOU. Sadly, we don't have time to paint other people's projects for them. We do not offer bulk orders, only what is in stock is available due to selling on multiple venues.

Breakage: Has never happened, but there's always a first time. We do reimburse after receiving proof of breakage and once the post office reimburses US. Customers are REQUIRED to keep all pieces, all packaging, and the box in case the post office wishes to review it. Contact us if breakage occurs. Do NOT ship it back to us as we will NOT reimburse those expenses.
