We accept payments by PayPal.

We process our shipments by international courier, and national, UPS and Federal Express traceable by email and after professional packaging. The shipment is insured for the full amount paid: in case of damage during transport, the courier himself, through the procedure of your report (upon arrival of the package) can activate and manage refunds. For international shipments it will be necessary to have availability of personal information of the customer including place and date of birth. You will receive adequate tax documentation.

Our objects, large or small, are always original creations. Because of this, and also having a physical store, if the exhibits should be sold we will promptly remove them from our Etsy schop and replace them with new photos and descriptions of "things" available at the moment. We are able to make objects on request and indications of the customer ... without prejudice to our freedom and creative choice: in this case the time of realization can be, depending on the size and organization of the work, from 30 to 90 days. All the proposed objects are, however, available within 3-5 working days from receipt of the order and payment. We have not included costs for multiple shipments, except for very small objects of negligible weight and volume (one of our majolica jewels together with any other object will enjoy zero shipping costs ... whatever the shipping address indicated). Ask us for a customization of shipping costs according to your destination, we will check for you and we will propose the most convenient offer. The costs of packaging, shipping and insurance of objects made on your indication will be indicated to you at the same time as the documentation of the object itself.
