Buyers pays non-refundable Shipping, except for local area residents. Handling charges apply to all buyers and are non-refundable.
Items shipped UPS valued at $100.00 carry insurance. Any items shipped UPS valued over $100.00 must purchase extra insurance. Items shipped USPS Priority Mail must purchase insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges

IF PURCHASED ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT, YOU HAVE SEVEN (7) DAYS FROM DATE OF PAYMENT TO REQUEST EITHER REPLACEMENT OF ITEM OR STORE CREDIT.

IN THE EVENT THAT THE DAMAGED ITEM(S) IN QUESTION CANNOT BE REPLACED DUE TO BEING DISCONTINUED OR CANNOT BE REPLACED DUE TO BEING A SPECIAL ORDER, A REQUEST MUST BE MADE FOR A REFUND LESS ALL SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES (IF APPLICABLE) OR A REQUEST MUST BE MADE FOR A STORE CREDIT. EITHER OPTION MUST BE EXERCISED WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS FROM DATE OF PAYMENT.

IF YOUR PURCHASE ARRIVES UNDAMAGED BUT YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT, REQUESTS FOR MODIFICATIONS WILL BE TAKEN UNDER CONSIDERATION PER MANAGEMENT DISCRETION AND ADDITIONAL FEES MAY BE CHARGED BASED ON NATURE OF MODIFICATION REQUEST. ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES WILL BE ASSUMED BY THE PURCHASER. SPECIAL COLOR REQUESTS MODIFICATIONS WILL BE ASSUMED TO BE A CUSTOM ORDER AND ANY RETURNED ITEM BECOMES A PRODUCT THAT HAS TO BE SOLD WITHIN OUR REGULAR PRE-IDENTIFIED INVENTORY.
