Accepted payment methods

Payment
We only accept Paypal at this time.

We would really appreciate it if you could pay on the same day as your purchase. However, we do understand that this is not always possible and will allow up to three (3) days for you to make your payment through Paypal; after that the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed.

Please contact us if the three (3) days is not enough time and other arrangements can be made.
Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged in a water-resistant container and shipped first class USPS within 48 hours (Monday thru Thursday) of receipt of payment. Items purchased on Friday will be shipped out first thing Monday. Items will be shipped to the Paypal address, if you need it sent to another address please contact us immediately after ordering.

If you would like your package insured, tracked, expedited, or shipped with UPS or FedEx, please contact us to make arrangements.

International Buyers - If your country imposes any duties or taxes, they are to be paid by you.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part in which we will pay for shipping. Refunds will be given once item has been received.

All return shipping must have tracking and/or insurance. We are not responsible for return packages that have been lost in the mail.

Stocked Items -
Full refund will be given (not including shipping/handling either way) if item is in the same condition as it was sold.

Special/Custom orders -
80% refund will be given (not including shipping/handling either way) if item is in the same condition as it was sold.
