She emailed me to notice me all the steps of the making of my earings - asking me the length I wanted them and customized them just for me! Delivery was prompt - if I recall I had them 4 days later in a lovely package .. it's a shame I haven't take a picture - hurring opening it. Sandra, your on my mind for my Xmas gifts. Best of luck!
