Despite the extremely short timeline, he was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely willing to work with us to make sure everything arrived in time for the celebration. The adorable custom pieces arrived right on time and looked beautiful on the cake. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a unique, personalized detail for a special occasion. Thank you for your flexibility, great communication, and the incredible craftsmanship behind these little works of art. They are absolutely precious, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Ben and this shop!
