Did you give me your wrong address??
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, the buyer is responsible for paying additional shipping charges to reship your items to you.
Does your tracking show it was delivered but you don't see it in your mailbox?
You will need to take the tracking info to your local post office and have them investigate. Once USPS shows it was delivered there is not much I can do.
Package delayed in shipping due to weather or USPS delays...
Unfortunately for those living in climates where weather conditions will delay your mail delivery, I can not guarantee a deliver by date, just a ship by date.
How long does it take to ship your order?
All orders ship out within 1-5 business days (not including holidays) of placing your order. Estimate another 3-5 days in shipping time to receive your order depending on where you live. All listing descriptions note this info and also include an option to add express shipping.
