This felt piece is really lovely and it arrived quickly. I have it hanging in the entrance hall of my house, so it's the first piece of art that people see when they come in.

More than anything, I want you to be happy with your purchase from my shop and questions and feedback are always appreciated. If you have a question please feel free to contact me and I'll be happy to help.

 I ship worldwide, and all items shown in my shop are ready to ship.

Payment
I accept payment by Paypal or credit card via Paypal (you don't need a Paypal account to pay with a credit/debit card). Please pay immediately at the time of checkout. Visit www.PayPal.com for more information. 
 

You can pay in your OWN CURRENCY using a credit card.
Paypal takes care of the conversion. For custom orders I require a non-refundable deposit (1/2 the amount of the total sale), to cover supplies and my time, with the remainder to be paid upon completion before the item is shipped.
Shipping
Your order will be sent packaged securely I will ship by Royal Mail the next business day and then contact you with a tracking number if applicable - see notes below. 



UK: 
Orders with a value of up to £46 (approx. $75 USD) will be sent First class. 
Orders over £46 will be sent Special Delivery to be delivered by 1pm the next business day and must be signed for (at no extra cost to the buyer). 



REST OF THE WORLD:
Orders with a value of up to £46 (approx. $75 USD) will be sent Airmail. This does NOT include tracking. If you require tracking, insurance or a faster service please contact me BEFORE buying as it will incur an additional charge.
Orders over £46 will be mailed Airsure (tracked) or International Signed For whenever possible (at no extra cost to the buyer).

 Everyone please note that in the event of bad weather, increased security, customs checks and busy times like the run up to Christmas, mail can occasionally take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. If you haven't received your order after 25 working days please contact me so that I can start the claims process and offer you either a refund or a replacement (please contact me sooner if you are worried).

Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.



If you'd like order sent directly to a gift recipient please supply the address and any message in the note to seller section - I don't send an invoice in the parcel so no need to tell me that.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will either exchange or refund the item (buyer is responsible for return shipping costs). 

Please contact me if you think your order is lost in the post so that we can talk about a refund or replacement. Work must be returned, unworn and in its original packaging. I will not accept returns on custom orders, as those should already have been approved.
