Attention: Please note Canada Post has stated intentions to strike starting June 2nd. I will be holding onto all orders placed and mailing them out after the strike is over and it is safe to mail again. Thanks for your understanding.
Payment is appreciated at time of purchase. I will allow for a 48 hour wait on your payment, if your purchase is not paid for within the 48 hours I will unfortunately have to cancel your purchase. This is to be fair to other buyers, since a majority of my creations are one of a kind items. If you really need more time to pay, contact me first and I will be happy to work with you.
You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card.
To pay using your credit card if you do not have a Paypal account.
-After you finish going through the checkout select "Pay with Paypal" as your method of payment
-You will be taken to a Paypal page for that purchase
-You may be prompted to sign up for a Paypal account, but you do not need to, if you do not want to.
-Scroll down and you will see an option to pay with credit card.
E-checks through Paypal are accepted, but please be aware I do not ship until Payment has cleared into my account which on average takes 2 weeks.
Note to Canadian buyer: Email money transfers are available.

Your purchase unless otherwise stated will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment has been received.
Bridal & custom orders may take longer to ship due to the time these items take to create. I will do my best to have it shipped within days. If you have questions or concerns on order time, feel free to contact me.

Most orders shipped outside of Canada are received in average 10 business days. Time can vary though. Once the package is mailed there is nothing I can do to speed up delivery. Occasionally packages can get held up at customs on entering your country.

Some countries may impose duty or taxes on imported goods. These charges are determined once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items are as described, any questions, or requests should be made before purchase.
I do not refund for "change of heart".
Returns and exchanges will only be handled on a case by case basis. I must be contacted within 2 days after the arrival of your package
If an exchange is to take place any shipping costs either direction, will not be covered by me. All products must be sent back in the condition they were shipped; securely wrapped, unworn, perfect condition.
All Sale and Clearance items are final sales.
