Fast service! Arrived within three days of order, and product was wrapped in the cutest little handmade package. Necklace was as pictured. I wore it out the very next day ^.^

Additional policies and FAQs
1. Please note that colors may appear different on different computers.

2. The metals used in these items will slowly oxidize over time. Personally, I enjoy the changes in metal, but if you would like to polish these pieces of jewelry, I suggest using JAX for brass and copper and the average jewelry polishing cloths for silver (but not silver-plated items). In addition, avoid wearing jewelry while washing hands or showering.

Some experts suggest gently washing jewelry in a mild soapy water and drying it off. I've also heard that a combination of 1. baking soda and lemon juice or 2. vinegar, flour, and salt will remove any green patinas that may form on bronze and copper.

3. If you have more sensitive skin, it might react adversely to brass, copper, or bronze. If so, silver or silver-plated items would be the way to go.

4. All jewelry comes from a non-smoking environment.
