Charlie Chalk originated in 2011 right here in the Pacific Northwest! The business was inspired by a young first time mama, who's end goal was to start a business and be able to stay home and raise her little one.
Fast forward 9 years, and here we are, still right here in the PNW! Charlie Chalk has been continuing to thrive and grow with the ever changing times. Now under new management, Charlie is owned and operated by a like minded Oregon native, who's ultimate goal is to do what she loves and grow an incredible business from home in her "She Shed", in hopes that someday she will be able to be a stay at home mama too!

How do I request a change to my order that has already been placed?
If you have ALREADY placed an order and need to make a change, request a rush, or add information to the order, please send us a convo with the order information. Contacting us via Etsy is the BEST way to communicate about your order.
Where do you ship from?
Camas, Washington, a suburb of Portland, Oregon.
My item arrived broken. What do I do?
Contact us via Etsy convos. We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. No additional shipping will be charged in cases of damaged or defective products when we ship you a replacement.
What is your production time?
Production time varies from item to item, but on many items it is 2 weeks. We have information on production time in each listing to make sure you know when your item is going to arrive. If you need a rush order, please let us know BEFORE you place the order.
Do you accept cancellations?
We are a small family owned business that does not accept cancellations on orders, sorry! Please make sure you want to order the item BEFORE you place the order. Thank you!
