Returns and exchanges
Finished Items: I sincerely hope that you are satisfied and enjoy your purchase. All items are handmade and one of a kind. If you receive your item and wish to return it, I will accept returns within 14 days. Items must be returned in the same packaging and condition as they were received. I will issue a refund of the purchase price only (not shipping) as soon as I receive it back. Buyer pays for return shipping.

I do not accept any returns on custom made items.

If your item has come back as undeliverable I will refund the purchase price only and not the shipping costs. Please ensure that the address on your Paypal account is correct before purchasing as that is the address where it will be shipped.
Payment
Your item(s) will ship within 2 business days of receiving a cleared payment. Items will only ship to the address listed on your Paypal account. Please double check for accuracy before paying.
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation, when available. Insurance is available at an additional cost provided the buyer contacts me before payment so that I may issue a corrected invoice.

Right now I'm shipping to the United States only.

When I am order something online, I make extra visits to the post office to watch for delivery. I'll try to help you with that by sending an email about when the item is actually shipped and the estimated delivery date.
