1 WEEK PLUS SHIPPING TIME FOR WOOD SIGNS - we have rush fees available in every listing! So sorry, but we cannot cancel your order if it doesn't arrive in time when we give you all the information you need to make an informed purchase regarding the details of the item, production times, and shipping times.

WE ARE CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS, so if you need to get in touch with us, please put URGENT in the subject of your convo. Otherwise, we spend the weekends refreshing ourselves with family.

SHIPPING:
We currently ship M-F. M-Thurs we are busy designing and getting your orders ready to ship. We have rush shipping available and we do ship rush orders M-TH as needed. We're always happy to answer any questions you have regarding our shipping schedule / delivery times, but many of these are answered in the listing description. It makes us really happy if you read the entire listing! That way you know everything you need to know about the item you are purchasing.
