We are here to supply you with cute and whimsical stuffs from Japan, Korea and Taiwan. If you like decorating materials, metal charms, polymer sticks, silicon cream, cabochons, stationeries, stickers, rubber stamps, gift wrapping materials and you will love our shop.

We only accept paypal.
If you have no Paypal account, you can pay by credit card through PayPal. Just select PayPal for your payment option and on the right hand side of the next screen you will have the option to select to pay without creating an account.
We expect payment within 48 hours of purchase I will cancel your order and relist the items if I don't hear from you before that and agree to other arrangements.
All items will be shipped within 3 working days after payment has cleared. During promotion period please allow 5 working days for me to process order. We will ship to your ESTY ADDRESS and please make sure your Etsy address is up to date.
We want the packages to arrive in perfect condition and they have a long way to travel so we ship all items in bubble lined shipping envelope and for some fragile items we will wrapped them in bubble wrap and send them in a box. We also put in a thick piece of cardboard to protect your items from being damaged (bent etc).
At this time, all items will be sent WORLDWIDE via Hong Kong Registered Worldwide Airmail. Tracking is possible and there is no insurance.
Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees nor can we advise about the rules regarding customs fees for any country.
The shipping time normally takes 14 - 18 working days (Public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not included).
Speedpost services can be provided. Delivery can be as fast as 2 - 4 working days. For this service, please contact us for more details and the shipping charge will depend on a country.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you don't receive your package after 5 weeks, please email us and together we will work it out.
Replacement (if possible) or refund only accepted when the product is faulty or damaged. Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the goods and photo evidence is necessary.
