From Art to Jewelry

After having finished school in 2009 with a BFA in Illustration, I (Megan) became very interested in jewelry along with my art. I started experimenting by creating jewelry for myself, and realized how much I enjoyed working with my hands in a different way than I was used to. As I became better at making jewelry, I remembered that one of my art teachers encouraged us to open an art shop on Etsy. So, I looked into it the following few days, and then opened my first art shop, and shortly thereafter a jewelry shop.

As more friends and family heard about my shop, I started getting custom requests for simple charms & other jewelry gifts. After over a year of receiving different requests, I decided to start Charm Topia so I could offer a wide variety of custom birthstones & charms. As Charm Topia continued to grow, Russell soon jumped on board with me to help during the holiday seasons with customer service, shipping, marketing and more. I love looking for new ideas to keep it fresh and interesting in our shop. I still love to work with my hands, and enjoy the moments when I can create jewelry for people who are looking for a special customized gift. It greatly adds to my happiness and fulfillment in life!

We accept Pay-Pal, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment must be verified prior to our accepting and shipping your order. Please remember that e-checks take 3-5 business days to clear before we can ship your order.

Shipping
Shipping is First Class via the United States Postal Service.

Your order will be shipped within 1-4 business days of receipt of payment via the United States Postal Service. All orders placed in the USA will receive a tracking number. If you would like insurance placed on your order, please notify us prior to your purchase so that the proper price adjustment can be made.

Please expect delays during holiday peak times, and up to 3.5 weeks for international orders to arrive.

Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept returns on our products. If there was a problem with your order, please contact us so we can work it out. We do accept exchanges, however. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Should you receive a damaged item, you must notify us upon receipt in order to receive a replacement item. Failure to notify us within 5 days of receipt will result in denial of refund or replacement.
