All Charmant jewelry pieces are handmade and therefore some variations may occur.

If you have seen a piece that you like that is no longer available, please contact me via Etsy or and it may be possible to create another piece that is identical or similar. Also, if you need a necklace length shortened or lengthened, please contact me - it may be a possibility depending on the piece.

Charmant wants you to be satisfied! If, however, there should be an issue, please contact me within a few days of receiving the item and I will refund your cost (not including shipping) or exchange it for another piece. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless I make a mistake on your order.
I accept payment via Paypal and the purchaser has 3 days to pay before the purchase is voided. You can also send a check or money order and once it it is received or the check has cleared your order will be shipped. If paying with check or money order, you will be given the address to send payment to upon checkout.
Your order will be shipped to the address entered on your ETSY order, not your Paypal address.

Items ship within two to three days after payment is received. Items ship USPS first class and generally arrive within 2-4 days in the US. International orders will take longer and Charmant is not responsible for any customs charges that you may incur. I can ship priority or overnight upon request, but all extra charges for expedited delivery are to be paid by the purchaser.

Please let me know if you would like insurance on your package and I will send a revised invoice. Charmant assumes no liability for packages that are lost, damaged, or tampered with by the postal service or other third parties.

Please let me know if a piece of jewelry is a gift in the ‘note to seller box’. I will be more than happy to wrap it and send it directly to the recipient for you along with a gift card ~ free of charge!
