I accept payment through credit card or PayPal only.
Orders shipping to Minnesota addresses will be charged a 7.275% sales tax.
All orders are shipped within 5 business days via USPS mail. (Most orders are shipped in 1-2 days.)
All prints are packed securely so your prints will not be damaged. Depending on size, unmatted prints are enclosed in a cellophane bag and either placed in a cardboard mailer or placed in a large mailing tube to insure they arrive safely. Photo cards are mailed in a manila envelope with a piece of cardboard inserted in the envelope.
A package will be considered lost if you have not received it within 3 weeks. I will replace lost packages at no charge after that amount of time has passed. Feel free to contact me if your order hasn't come in a reasonable time frame.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied for any reason, I will refund 100% of your purchase price (minus any shipping charges) up to 14 days after the item is received. Custom orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
I ask that you pay for the return shipping and that the item is received in clean, like new condition. If it's my fault I will take care of everything with no hassle to you. If you return an item, your money will be refunded as soon as I receive the item. Please send me a note first to let me know you're returning something so I'll know to check for it.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please let me know and I will send you a replacement. If I've somehow messed up your order just send me a message and I'll get the correct goods to you asap, along with a prepaid return envelope for the incorrect items.
