Since childhood, a love for antiques and appreciation for handcrafted vintage items fuels Etsy Shop

Having been an Ironworker for 35 years has given me an appreciation for well handcrafted items. Its that same quality and attention to detail you find in vintage items. My father was an ironworker and an antique dealer. Growing up I loved going to auctions with him. Learning about antiques was instilled in me at an early age. Now, at this chapter in my life, it seems natural to focus on what I know and enjoy.
My wife shares my love of antiquing and estate auctions. We have always enjoyed the hunt of a good flea market day.

Our name, Chaseyblue is in remembrance of our little Chasey. A true blue friend and pal for 18 years. She was a girl that liked the wind between her big floppy ears as she rode anything that moved, motorcycle, go cart, bicycle, boat, etc. She even tried to drive the car once. She was a one-of-a-kind.

Welcome to Chaseyblue Vintage. We are happy you came to visit. We offer vintage items from the Midwest. My wife and I pick items that are useful, have stood the test of time, provide purpose in your home, and compliment decor.

This is a vintage shop, most items are previously owned, and will have normal use scratches and paint wear from years of use and love.
We describe items with what we know about the piece, pointing out faults or unusual wear, Photos are a big part of the item description. View them for signs of wear, damage, and to help clarify written description.

Please check description for quantity of items and any attachments that go with the item. If you do not see an attachment you believe goes with the item in the photos and it is not noted in the description, it is not a part of the listing and will not be sent to you.
Photographic props are used and they will not be sent to you as part of the item.

Damaged/lost in shipping - Contact me within 2 days of receiving damaged shipment. You must fully cooperate with Chaseyblue in filing a claim within a timely manner, including emailing detailed photos of damaged box before opened and contents inside. You will be refunded once the claim is finalized and carrier has paid on damages/loss.

Cancellations are accepted until tracking number has been issued.

Chaseyblue accepts payment via Etsy Direct Checkout. Credit cards are strickly handled and secured by Etsy.
Chaseyblue never has access to your credit card information.
Payment must be received before items can be shipped.
Missouri residents are subject to sales tax.
Shipping

Items labeled Free Shipping are for continental USA customers only. Convo me for a shipping quote if you are outside the continental USA.
Items are shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase.
Care is taken and items are wrapped and packed the way I would want to receive the item. Recycled shipping materials are used as needed. Sometimes egg cartons are used.

Tracking is provided on all shipments. Items over $20 will be insured.

I can not guarantee a delivery date of your purchase, this is totally in the hands of USPS. The only way to guarantee a delivery date is to upgrade shipping to express mail. Convo me for a quote if you would like this additional service, it is not presently offered on the calculated shipping amount you are charged.

Packages that show delivered through tracking will be considered delivered by Chaseyblue. If your package shows delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local post office immediately.

When you provide us with personal information to purchase something from our shop, as part of the buying and selling process, Etsy verifies your credit card or Paypal verifies the financial end of the purchase. We never have access to your financial information.

We collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. You have implied that you have consented to our collecting this information and using it for a specific reasons only, to arrange for delivery of your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support.

Our shop is an Etsy shop. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Your data is stored through Etsy's data storage on a secure server behind a firewall.
In choosing a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Etsy stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Am I purchasing used items?

What am I receiving with my item?

Everything you are buying will be listed in the description. If it is not listed, you will not receive it. If you think parts are missing, please convo me for clarification.
Photographic props are used and are not a part of the item.

When will I receive my item?

All items are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Tracking numbers are always provided.
We do not guarantee a delivery date of your purchase, this is totally in the hands of USPS.

Can I combine shipping?

If you buy more than 1 item from Chaseyblue, combine shipping is available. The items purchased will dictate if they can be combined.
If they can, a refund of partial shipping will be given if combined shipping is less than what you paid for total shipping on all items.

How will my item be packaged?

All items are carefully wrapped and packed in a way that I would want to receive them.
Bubble wrap and foam peanuts are used. Also recycled shipping materials and boxes are used as needed. Sometimes egg cartons are used.
