2 out of 5 stars6 out of 10.. It took about 10(ish) days to get to me from when I received the automated delivered email. I was told to "check my mailbox and the neighbors" and to also ask my neighbors ?? when I messaged the seller about not receiving my package.

Hi as stated in the follow up we ask that you check with the neighbors and the USPS prior to filing a claim. We are happy to assist however the issue was not with us but USPS and part of our terms and conditions. As it turns out the USPS made a mistake and rectified the situation. Please remember etsy relies on the USPS to provide accurate tracking we cannot know what happened if they do not do their part.
