I currently accept credit card payments and also through paypal.

* I accept Paypal as secure payment. Payal accepts all major credit cards. I also accept Direct Checkout through Etsy which accepts all major credit cards. I also accept Etsy Gift Cards.

* Credit card customers: you do not need a paypal account to pay via paypal. Just clilck the payment button and you have the option to pay with a credit card without signing up for paypal.

* Please confirm your address in Paypal. Items are shipped to a confirmed Paypal address.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is included for all domestic purchases of $35 or more. International buyers please note Costs of any item other than my thin canvas panels include the purchase of a correct box, bubble wrap and packaging in addition to the actual cost of shipment. The final cost is shipping PLUS the packaging and cost of paying UPS store to handle wrapping if necessary. This is most effective because they insure when they have packed it themselves.

I inspect each one and sign it before shipping.

Shipping

* You can rest assured your items are packed with care, and will arrive safely. If the item is small, I ship it myself. I may use USPS Priority or First Class Mail. I wrap each item in bubble and mark "fragile" when appropriate. Occasionally, I ship Via UPS Store. This is sometimes the best option when shipping a large painting.

* Insurance is included. I have never had an item arrive damaged, however, should it occur the buyer is responsible for retaining the packaging and damaged item for insurance purposes. No refunds for damaged items will be made to the Buyer until the Buyer completes his/her part of the obligation in assisting to file the insurance claim.

* The item will be shipped to the address as shown on Paypal (if paid with Paypal), or the address shown for Etsy (if paid through Etsy's Direct Checkout). For Paypal, the buyer should be sure his/her Etsy and Paypal addresses match. Buyer is responsible for providing a correct and current shipping address

* I ship USPS Priority Mail, UPS Store, parcel post, first-class mail parcel, Media Mail, First Class International, depending on the size of the painting and where it is going.

* Some larger items may have to be shipped UPS, or FedEX because of its size or weight.

* For international buyers and Alaska and Hawaii, I can provide a quote on the shipping. Please contact me before ordering with your country for exact shipping cost. My shipping costs are ESTIMATES. I ship First Class International, as it is the most cost-effective shipping.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ:

I am not responsible for a package once it has left the United States. I have no control on how long it takes to get to your country. Please do not contact me to see where it is after leaving the United States, because I would have no information.

Please be aware your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes.

Please also be aware that as the seller we do not pay for any applicable duty, value-added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country.

The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

Please, do not ask me to change anything on customs forms. I will not mark gift on international packages and the actual price will be listed on the customs form.
