These earrings are just what I was looking for, both delicate and bold and beautiful. (And in my favorite color. I almost didn't gift them to my best friend as planned!) Super fast shipping and great communication with creator. Thanks!

About

Fashion Design... only smaller

I grew up knowing that I wanted to be an artist. Originally I wanted to be a fashion designer (or singer). When I looked at design schools in New York, though, I realized the big city was not for me. I opted for a smaller college, in Portland, Maine and decided to major in Metalsmithing and Jewelry. The program was phenomenal and I am glad I chose MECA.

I started my own business in 2001 and have loved these years of being able to be with my children, while also creating art!

The children are growing and I have my Masters of Art Teaching now and am looking at the next chapter of my life... teaching! My father taught in public schools for 35 years and I am looking forward to making a difference in students' lives also. I will continue to do my art, as well, of course!

Welcome to my Shop, where I sell my handcrafted enamel and metal jewelry!

PROCESSING TIME: Please note my shipping policies. I have posted them as thoroughly as possible to save any confusion.

My processing time is such because I have two businesses, am a teacher and have two small children. I also do all of my photography, posting, graphic art, shipping, e-mailing and package preparation etc..

I am a busy bee and, thankfully, most of my customers are willing to wait for their items. Etsy's convo. system sometimes does not forward properly to me. If you have convo.ed and not gotten a response within a few days please e-mail me directly, just in case; gypsyroses.org [!at] gmail.com Thank you!

I hope this helps to explain my process. I appreciate your support and patience and thank you for stopping by my shop!

Shannon, a.k.a. Che'

Payment
Please note: If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail, from Pay Pal, for your payment that means that the order has *not* been paid for/completed. There is one final step that is easy to miss so just keep your eyes peeled for the final confirmation page.

Please do NOT pay with an e-check, just use your credit or debit card instead.

Thank you!
Shipping
*** PLEASE VERIFY YOUR PAY PAL ADDRESS, AS THIS IS THE ADDRESS I USE WHEN SHIPPING. ***

Please allow 4-6 weeks for made-to-order items. I ship items together so, if someone orders something that is in-stock and something that it made to order both items will ship when the made to order item is complete. I try to ship as quickly as possible, when this happens.

FREQUENCY OF SHIPPING: *I do not ship daily*. I ship all items via first class mail, through the USPS, unless otherwise noted. I usually ship about once per week to every other week, for in stock items. If you need an item quickly please convo. me, so I can try to get it to you faster.

NON-US ITEMS: Will be shipped 1st class and are only trackable until they leave the country (usually in New York). If you would like tracking after that there will be an additional fee, to cover the shipping expenses. I cannot guarantee items that have been lost after leaving the U.S.. Most countries have a pretty good track record for me but I like to be clear about this, just in case. If you are not comfortable with this then please request the guaranteed shipping rate (which will cost more, though, sorry).
Refunds and Exchanges
I only accept exchanges on items if the item does not match it's description, or if it has been damaged en route. PLEASE READ THE ITEM'S DESCRIPTION where measurements are included.

As my made-to-order items are handmade there will be slight variations, due to their handcrafted nature. If you are someone that does not appreciate this quality then please purchase an in-stock item, instead. Those listings have photos of the item that you will receive. Obviously every monitor's color will be different but I have just calibrated mine to show "true" colors. Please understand that your monitor may show the colors differently, though.

I do *not* accept returns or exchanges for items that have been shipped to an incorrect address, (if that address was provided by the buyer). I will note the customer if an item comes back to me and, if re-shipment plans have not been made within 7 days, (+ any new shipping fees paid), the item will be considered abandoned.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE that I take custom orders ONLY *when time/queue allows* (right now the queue isn't allowing much time for custom orders but I will consider them, as the queue fluctuates).

If you see a ring that you'd like in a different size or a pair of earrings that you'd like with a different stone etc. please contact me. I cannot guarantee that I will be able to take on the custom order but I will do my best to accommodate everyone! :)

Please note that custom items may cost more money, as I may need to order different supplies and pay for their shipment etc.. I do my best to keep my prices as reasonable as possible, though.

Thank you for your understanding and patience!
